Power reducer - She can temporarly weaken the powers of others with a visible energy force she projects from her hands. Using this power wears her out from the negative energy she is releasing from her hands. If she uses her ability too much to an extent she cannot handle, she could temporarily or permanantly lose her powers.

Extra:
Her weakening affects will have little to no affect on enemies who are extremely strong.

Personality:
Kenya always has the urge to care and nurture people around her. She is very protective of her things and the people who are dear to her. She has a keen sense of perception and observation and the ability to construct things in her mind. She loves adventure and always has an abundant amount of energy, but she has a hard shell on the outside that makes her defensive and also having erratic mood swings and outburts that come out of no where. She loves to cook and loves it when people enjoy her cooking. She tends to spoil her guests/friends with delicious food whenever they come by.

History:
She grew up in a large household, living with her extended family. She has always cared deeply for them and decided that she wanted to become a nurse growing up. When she was fifteen years old, she was attacked on her way home from High school and was dragged into a car by an intoxicated senior who attends her school. The smell of beer from his breath and clothes was repulsing. She caught a glimpse of the seniors face and recognized him immediately. He would usually skip school to never show up to school at all. He asked Kenya out once, but she rejected him, however she doesn't know if that was the reason she was dragged into his car. After he got her settled into the passengers seat, he slowly droved off. Kenya was afraid, but she knew him, so she tried speaking to him, apologizing to him if she had hurt his feelings back when he asked her out and also telling him it wasn't a good idea to be driving when he is under the influence of alcohol. She could smell the beer on him, also noticing empty bottles of beer in the back seat. He remained silent. Kenya, frowned and demaned him to let her out of the car. He was taken aback by Kenya's sudden outburst because she was usually a quiet, humble girl at school. She tried to get out of the car, but he grabbed her tightly around her wrist. She could sense him tensing up from anger and she tried to open the door once more to leave the car, but right when she grabbed the handle, he shove her away from the door, into the backseat. He yelled at her about a boy she has been hanging out with for the last month and he described the dates that she had with the guy (but little did he know, they were just childhood friends hanging out). He had been stalking her. He placed his hand around her throat, and started telling her things that never happened between them, he was totally distraught from the alcohol abuse. She grabed his forearm with both of her hands and released a red energy that weaked him so drastically he fainted in the car. Scared, or what just happened, she ran out of the car and dashed down the street towards home. A policeman happened to pass by when she bolted out of the car crying. He arrested the senior and returned Kenya home to her family. Evidently the senior boy has relationship issues growing up and was taken to see a psychiatrist to resolve his issues. Kenya was finally aware of her ability and controled them well, using them only when a situation calls for it as a last resort. Years past and she moved away from home to attend a college and graduated successufly. Suddenly, a mysterious man approached her and offered her to join an organization called AGENTS. He explained to her that he noticed her abilities and have been watching her from a distance…She was shocked to how much he knows about her. He gave her time to contemplate on her answer noticing that she remained undecided. When her time was up, she accepted his offer willing to help those who may need her help.
